CountTown

1. Which data are we collecting, anyway?

Automatically generated data, server statistics

You can visit our page without stating any information about your identity. Each access to our page and each download of a file are stored in a protocol (log file). This protocol includes only data which your browser transmits to us (referrer, operating system, browser, requested element, user agent) and general data such as time and IP of the requesting party (you). This data is used only for statistical purposes and to optimize our offering, this does not allow us tracking your identity.

Collection of personal data

Personal data such as your name, your address, telephone number or email address will only be collected if you empower us to do so (i.e. register with us directly, or through a 3rd party service such as facebook). Removing this personal data from your profile is possible in the menu item „profile“. We do not transfer your personal data, unless you agree to it beforehand, or we are legally or by court order required to do so. Deleting of personal data is happening if you explicitly require us to do so, we no longer require the data to provide our services or deleting the data is required by law. We use your data to provide you with better suggestions for CountTowns – in an anonymous and aggregated form, your data is also used for statistics to enable tailored offerings by us.
